📌 Booking & Cancellation
Once a slot is secured, cancellations are not permitted. If a client chooses to cancel, a ₱70 cancellation fee will be charged.💳 Payment Policy
This service follows a payment-first system. The design process will only begin once the client provides a 50% down payment or full payment.Payment form is given once the Request of Service Form is approved.🚫 Request Limitations
I reserve the right to decline projects that exceed my current skills, scope, or capacity.⏳ Turnaround Time & Rush Orders
Kindly allow 3 to 5 days for the design process, depending on the complexity of the design. This may vary depending on the customer's request and artist's availability. Rush orders will require an additional fee of ₱50.✏️ Revisions
Clients are entitled to two (2) free minor revisions.Major revisions (e.g., structural, layout, or concept changes) will incur a ₱30 fee per revision.📂 File Delivery
Final designs will be sent in JPEG or PNG format via a Google Drive link after full payment is confirmed.📦 Physical Product Requests
If the client requests a physical product, production, and delivery will be handled by the artist's chosen manufacturer. Additional production and shipping fees will apply. Delivery time may vary depending on the manufacturer's processing time and courier schedules.🖨️ Digital Format Only
All services offered are digital only by default. Printing services are not included unless requested and processed through the artist's manufacturer.🔒 Privacy & Confidentiality
